How to buy cryptocurrency?
You are given 2 options to choose from:
1. We meet with you at our exchange office (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:00, Sat-Sun 11:00 - 19:00). You provide us with the full amount and your wallet address. On the spot, we send you the cryptocurrency for the received amount minus our commission and wait for the transaction confirmation together. Once confirmation is received, you will receive the cryptocurrency, and the exchange is considered complete.
2. We send you the details (usually a card number or account). You send the amount to our details. Then you provide us with your wallet address. We send you the cryptocurrency for the received amount minus our commission and the sending fee. You will receive the cryptocurrency within 5-40 minutes from the moment the funds are received, and the exchange is considered complete.

How to sell cryptocurrency?
You are given 2 options to choose from:
1. We meet with you at our exchange office (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:00, Sat-Sun 11:00 - 19:00). We provide you with our wallet address. You send the cryptocurrency. We wait for confirmation on the spot. Upon arrival of confirmations, we fix the rate and give you the received amount in cash minus our commission. You receive the cash, and the exchange is considered complete.
2. We send you the wallet address. You send the cryptocurrency. Then you send us your card details and the bank name. We wait for confirmations. Upon arrival of confirmations, we fix the rate and send you the received amount minus our commission. You receive the funds, and the exchange is considered complete.

How quickly will the cryptocurrency arrive in my wallet after purchase?
Depending on the chosen currency, wallet, and network congestion, the speed varies from 1 to 40 minutes. On average, it arrives within 10 minutes.

How quickly will the money arrive on the card after selling?
Depending on the amount and your bank, from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

What to do if the transaction is stuck during sale?
If you sent a transaction to our wallet with low priority and it is not confirmed, there is nothing to do but wait. We only make payouts upon confirmation. If such an inconvenience occurred during the exchange at the meeting:
- We wait on the spot for 30 minutes, while trying to speed up the transaction (if possible);
- The transaction is confirmed within 30 minutes - the payout is made and the exchange is considered successful;
- If the transaction is still pending after 30 minutes, there are only 2 options left:
1. Meet later when confirmations arrive;
2. Pay to speed up the transaction at the sender's (client's) expense. The cost is $25-100.
